In March of this year I relocated to Boston for a new position as Technology Officer for a start up company located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. On an earlier visit to Massachusetts I found a wonderful condo to rent in Brookline. The day I was to move into my new place, I realized my new place was not mine. I had been the victim of a Craig's List scam. At the twelfth hour I realized I did not have a place to call home. I frantically began driving around trying to find a hotel, not knowing the area very well I proceeded to just drive around and found my way to the Best Western Plus Roundhouse Suites on Massachusetts Avenue in Boston.

Prior to my new position, I worked for another Corporation for fifteen years. I have traveled the world and have stayed at some magnificent hotels and resorts. I have never experience the kind of service I experienced at the Best Western Plus Roundhouse Suites. The staff was very attentive to my needs, extremely pleasant, warm and friendly. I don't know how they manage to do this but they even made me laugh at a time when I should have been crying. My hotel room was spotless and the cleaning staff kept it that way for my full duration. The front deck checked on me to make sure I was alright and to ask if I needed their assistance on a daily basis and so did the Manager.

To my amazement, I witnessed the whole entire Best Western staff demonstrate a "pride in service" attitude not only towards the guest but towards each other. Danny, the GM is a true leader, always helping his staff to achieve their full potential, this is not just a job, he cares. There were times I would sit in the lobby and was truly amazed by how Daniela, Johnny, Joel and Tiara made each guest feel special and their needs important. I can't say enough good things about Maria, Awilda, Joaquina and Elsa, they made me feel less embarrassed about my situation. Everyone just took such great care of me. Enrique is the best driver I have ever seen, usually I am dodging trucks and vans but he is a very careful driver and he has extensive knowledge about the Boston area.

My office has already been informed that we will only use the Best Western Plus Roundhouse Suites for our out of town clients and applicants.

We recently stayed in the Best Western Plus, Roundhouse Suites, in Boston.  This is the third time we have stayed at this property during my hospitalization at Boston Medical Center.  Each time it has been a stressful time for my wife.  Once with my open heart surgery to replace a valve and twice for stroke care.  Each time your staff has gone above and beyond to see to it that my wife is cared for, and her stay is stress free.  From accommodations, breakfast, information to transportation and beyond, her every need is looked after in a friendly, pleasant, and efficient manner.  Your General Manager, Danny Sanchez-Toro couldn't be more helpful.  Your front desk staff, Joel, Jonny and Daniela DePina went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances.  All of your drivers were excellent, but Pablo went out of his way to make our getting around easy and safe.

I stayed here in October when I headed up to Boston for the weekend. Everyone was extremely nice especially one of the bus shuttle drivers who I interacted with the most. The room was really nice and clean. It was my first time staying alone so I was a bit nervous but it was all fantastic. I'd definitely stay here again while in Boston.

 MY WIFE & I STAYED HERE ON ONE PREVIOUS OCCASION ENTIRELY BY CHANCE, BUT WERE IMPRESSED WITH OUR TREATMENT AND THE FACILITY ITSELF. THIS PAST WEEKEND, HAVING NOT SAVED THE INFORMATION WE FOUND OURSELVES WANDERING ABOUT IN THE GENERAL DIRECTION UNTIL WE FOUND THE PLACE AGAIN WHERE UPON I SAVED EVERYTHING IN MY PDA. ONCE AGAIN WE WERE MET WITH FRIENDLY COURTEOUS PEOPLE, A SPOTLESS SUITE AS OPPOSED THE MORE AUSTERE ROOM WE HAD PAID ALMOST 3 TIMES MORE FOR DOWNTOWN, ONLY A YEAR AGO. FREE GUARDED PARKING (DOWNTOWN IT COSTS ANOTHER 40 OVERNIGHT AND THE VEHICLE IS PARKED BLOCKS AWAY AND UNGUARDED). EASILY THE BEST BARGAIN IN THE BOSTON AREA AND CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. NICE FRESH COFFEE IN THE MORNING TOO - AND A *MUCH* BETTER CUP OF COFFEE THAN I'VE ENCOUNTERED IN FAR SWANKIER HOTELS ELSEWHERE; WHERE THEY NOT ONLY HAD LOUSY COFFEE BUT A SNOTTY ATTITUDE TO GO WITH IT.

I booked the Roundhouse for $189 a night with hotwire and I was not disappointed. Friendly welcome at check in. My room was divided in 2 parts: a living room and a sleeping room. I liked the free wifi . Breakfast is in the lobby and also good.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast was the standard fare. Computers in the business center and be sure to bring your lap top with free wi fi. Free printing in the business center. Front desk is very helpful with finding times and directions to places you want to go (and it is much faster this way). Free shuttle service to various places such as the Prudential and different subway lines. We enjoyed our stay there very much.
