We recently stayed at the Best Western Round House and had to pass along our compliments, as well as say thanks for the great amenities.
We had just spent a few days in New York, paying $8.75 for 20 minutes email access. Your business center provided free computer access--a very pleasant surprise. More surprising, and pleasing, was the free van service into downtown, to restaurants, etc. We used it both days of our stay. We couldn't believe the wonderful complimentary breakfast; the lady who looked after the breakfast bar was superb - continually wiping up and replenishing items.
We don't often complete the survey left in hotel rooms but we certainly did this time! Thanks to everyone at the Boston Round House Hotel for a memorable stay. We'll certainly be recommending it to friends and family!

We were taking our son on a tour of several universities in the Boston area. We had to congratulate you on the excellent service we found at your hotel. The personnel in charge of the breakfast area were efficient and gracious. Even though the hotel was not within walking distance of the areas we wanted to go to, your shuttle service was prompt and accommodating, specifically your chauffeurs, Jose and Johnny. Thank you very much again for your hospitality.

My friend and I followed our instincts and reserved the Best Western Roundhouse Suites on our recent girls getaway to Boston. We like big rooms, we need our space when we travel--this was perfect! They've thought of everything for room amenities, and we even had local friends in before going out for the evening. Next morning the hotel's van took us to a main T Line subway. A lot of the other guests were also saying how pleased they were. Comp breakfast, comp e-mail access and a solid A-l front desk staff. So, instinct paid off!
